I will start my blog telling a little bit about my flying journey.
• I learned to hang glide back in 1983, in Sapiranga, RS (Rio Grande do Sul), South Brazil, morro Ferrabraz is 1,640 feet
• Sapiranga has a SW (South West) and a SE (South East) ramps and a very nice club house. Although I always preferred thermal flying, we have a nice 10 mile long ridge that we experienced ridge soaring, with SE winds
• When we had North winds we would fly in Nova Petrópolis in the Gaucho Sierras
